The MAP has been conceived to provide a consistent basis for realising self-contained small- scale automation built around the Optimec is830 Auto Lens Measurement system. With configurable solutions aimed at both contact and intraocular lens measurement, the MAP product range meets the in-process metrology needs of the Ophthalmic Industry. 
The Optimec is830 MAP can be used for inspection of samples at multiple stages of production, across Contact Lens and IOL production.

The MAP Tray+ shown here is designed to accommodated standard autoloader lathe trays, allowing for inspection of samples blocked on arbor.
