Manufacturing metrology systems needs accuracy and repeatability in all areas. To achieve this, Optimec Systems limited is committed to operating and maintaining an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), to drive continuous improvement for all our global customers.
QUALITY POLICY
Optimec Systems Limited are focused on providing excellent products and services that meet the needs of our global customer base. Our quality policy is therefore:
• To implement and maintain and Quality Management System (QMS) that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and any other specific requirements from our customers.
• To comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• To consistently provide products and services that meet the requirements of our customers in all respects.
• To implement appropriate processes that address any risks and opportunities associated with both internal and external issues, and to meet the requirements and expectation of interested parties.
• To ensure all company staff are wholly competent to carry out their duties.
• To make every effort to continually improve our products and services provided to customers using our QMS, quality objectives and continuous evaluation through internal audits, corrective actions and management review.
• To maintain documented evidence for demonstrating compliance with the QMS.
• To control and continuously monitor all projects.
• To review the QMS at regular, planned intervals to ensure it remains effective and achieves is stated aims
The QMS covers all of our process areas, from sales, through to design, production and post-sales support.
